Juanita Malone

Juanita Malone, 83, a
longtime resident of Grand Avenue, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 at
Saratoga Hospital following a long illness.
Born on April 16, 1930
in Sumterville, Florida, she was the daughter of the late John and Kathleen
(Lawrence) Seals.
Juanita was raised and
educated in Avon Park, FL and was a graduate of Sebring High School.
In her early 20’s, she
moved to New York City and was employed as a
seamstress. Subsequently, she moved to Saratoga Springs to care for
her aunt.
Shortly thereafter,
she married Lloyd Malone of Saratoga Spring. He died in 1990’s.
Juanita enjoyed
sewing.
She is survived by two
sisters: Rosa S. Lee and Anna Lee Seals both of Avon Park,
Fla. Nephews Rod Noel of Sebring, FL and Louis Lee Jr of Lake Wales,
FL and niece Tara Lee of Avon Park, FL. Step-daughter Susan Nash,
and special friend Marion Baket of Avon Park.
A memorial service
will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, March 15th at Saratoga Springs
Seventh Day Adventist Church, 399 Union Ave., Saratoga
Springs. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at
Lincoln Cemetery in Avon Park, FL.

entrusted to Compassionate Funeral Care, Inc., 402 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs,
NY.
