Eunice E. (O’Donnell) Austin
Eunice E.
(O’Donnell) Austin, 75 of Schuylerville passed away at home May 14th
after a long battle with cancer. She was
the daughter of the late Sidney and Elizabeth O’Donnell. She was married to Gordon K Austin who
pre-deceased her July 12, 2000.
Eunice was a
lifelong area resident, previously employed by Mary McClellan Hospital and
Thomas Poultry Farm. Her survivors
include sons Ron, Scott and Leslie and daughter Carol. Grandchildren are Scott, Ashley and Travis,
Torre, Leola and Brandon, Roman, Leslie, and Kevin. Also Arletta Derby, deceased. Six great grandchildren are Cody, Caden, Sydney,
Chelsey, Brielle and Ajahnae.
Eunice
enjoyed scrabble and yatzee with Peggy Fitzgerald and was also a big fan of
Chuck Norris and the N.Y. Giants.
Service will
be held at Gerald B.H. Solomon Veterans Cemetery 200 Duell Rd Schuylerville NY,
on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 10:30 AM.
Arrangements
are under the direction of Compassionate Funeral Care, Inc, 402 Maple Ave.,
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
